That was a plug for the other distro everyone loves... (Debian) in
Redhat the package is called samba-swat-<version>.rpm  its going to be
on the second or third cd, if installing it from cd... (third if i
remember correctly...)

you would install it by typing 

rpm -ivh /path/to/file/samba-swat-<version>.rpm

then check xinetd.d/swat and make sure disable = no, (it will say yes to
begin with...) then restart xinetd... 

/etc/init.d/xinetd restart
