Sync two databases

I have two databases... one its kinda a test/dev on my server here at
home and the other is on my web hosts server... I was just wondering if
anyone knows of any ready made scripts out there that i could use to
syncronize either certain tables/databases?  I could figure out my own
of coarse or possibly just pull some of my devel pages data from the
production database... but this would offer much more flexibility...
anyone?
