My guess is that it is LPRng unless you see cups somewhere. CUPS takes
quite a divergent road from the traditional BSD methods, which is the
main reason I have not been keen of it until today. This time round I
discovered the cupsys-bsd package in debian (which well may be new)
which lets cups play along as a drop-in replacement instead of its
traditional change-everything modus operandi.
