It would be more appropriate to look at their official job posting.
I'm aware that many jobs are never formally posted, but if you're trying
to take advantage of Chuck to network, it would probably be better to
email him privately. And give him a good reason for helping you. A BS is
no recommendation, what makes you stand out? Why would he be a hero for
presenting your name?
