ATI Radeon Drivers...

I bought a Radeon 9000 a while ago, and have wanted to get it working
with the ATI drivers for a while now... 

Anyway, I'm running libranet2.7/Debian-testing with a little
unstable(Gnome 2.2 mostly)... Anyway, I'm running Kernel-2.4.19 and I've
downloaded and unpacked the kernel-source package for that kernel.  But
the fglrx(ATI driver) module generation script says I don't have the
file /usr/src/linux/include/linux/version.h.

>From what I thought the source package should have installed that
correct?  Because there isn't a kernel-headers package for the 2.4.19
kernel (atleast apt-cache search tells me so)  any ideas on where
version.h might be hiding?
