Since the mailing list strips  out any reply-to information and replaces
it with it's own, I have know way of knowing whether or not you wanted a
direct response.  Also, since you  don't set Mail-followup-to I  have no
idea whether or not  you want a direct reply as well as  a copy going to
the  mailing list  or just  a copy  sent to  the mailing  list. So,  the
reply-to is ignored.
