I don't know of a hardware-based system that does what you want, but
I've been pretty pleased thus far with DansGuardian
(www.dansguardian.org) which I'm running as a transparent proxy on my
firewall/NAT box. There's also a paid version available for use with
SmoothWall, if you go that way.
